Course Description
This course focuses on the assessment, design, development, implementation, and analysis of instructional materials for eLearning systems. Students will analyze the differences between various instructional design models.
They will also identify the theoretical constructs supporting each model and the best relation to the organizations' eLearning needs.
A system approach provides the foundational structure for students to determine the "when, where, what and why" of instructional design for eLearning. A final project will be done on the instructional design of a specific course, training module or educational object related to learner's needs.
